NOW WE HAVE NEW VERSION DIGITAL ULTRASONIC SENSOR SYSTEM

• The Proximity Ultrasonic Sensors can be equipped on all construction vehicles.
• The device can link up to 16 sensor heads and  have a detection range of 0 to max 5 meters.
• The LCD monitor will indicate the distance of obstacles.
• The control box can support 2 alarm output, to signal the driver and alert the surroundings at the same time.

Compare to existing analogue ultrasonic sensor, our new version digital ultrasonic sensor has several advantages:

1. Good Consistency: Consistency of Sensitivity
   The matching between the main box and the probe does not require the main box to be paired with the probe. The length of the line has no effect on the matching. For existing analogue ultrasonic sensor , the length of the wire  will affect the signal badly, so max length of shielded wire must be less than 8 meters,  and for digital ultrasonic sensor, the signal will not be affected by length of wire, the probe to main box wire length can be 20 meters or even longer.
2. Digital Ultrasonic Sensor Has Strong Anti-Interference Ability:
   The digital signal transmitted on the line does not affect the interference of other signals.
   Because it is a digital signal, the wire does not need to be shielded, so you can use the connector of the car gauge, which is more professional, waterproof and plug-in.
3. Longer and Stable Detect Distance:
   digital signal is much less noise and interference, so the detect range is longer up to 5 meters, and response of detecting of obstacle is much faster and stable.
4. All components of digital ultrasonic sensor system can be randomly installed. When we are installing at a vehicle factory, we usually install the radar according to the car assembly process. A radar display is installed when the car instrument is installed. Wire and main unit are installed when the body is installed.  When the bumper is installed, the probe is installed, and the products are all disorderly installed, so the consistency of the probe is required to be relatively high.

FUNCTION OF THE SENSOR

1. The  proximity sensor black box (ultrasonic) can link to max 16 sensor heads to detect the  presence of objects like human being which near by the excavator.Each side (black,  right) have 2 sensor heads, and the detection range is up to 5 meters. Once any human being or other object close to excavator, the black box will trigger two alarms with loud siren and light to alarm driver and nearby human being.
2. To create the awareness and warning from rear blind spot of excavator when object or human being at close proximity.

BENEFIT FROM THIS SENSOR

This solution will prevent accident and fatality,  and enhance the alertness of the operator due to the poor visibility of blind spot at rear.
